Worried about how you are going to keep your little monsters entertained over the October half term holidays?

Never fear – Southport Pleasureland has plenty of SPOOKTACULAR tricks and treats in store over the October break.

The theme park, or should that be scream park? Is hosting a Boo For You! Happy Halloween festival from Saturday, October 24 to Friday, October 30,which promises to provide plenty of FREE fun for all the family.

Why not dress up in your creepiest costume and join in the Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 24? The Parade starts at 5.30pm from Southport Pleasureland’s Arena, so let your little monsters dress up in their best witch and skeleton outfits and join in the fun.

There will also be a fantastic free firework display on Monday, October 26 in the Arena area.

Plus the Park is on the hunt for little witches!

The park’s award-winning resident magician, Russ Brown, will be looking for brave witches during half-term Happy Halloween to join in the fun of his brand new magic show.
Recreation of an original witch trial will challenge the bravest of the audience to stand trial before the court as they face the hand guillotine and test their nerve on the broomstick illusion!
So who will pass the test?  And who will be declared a real witch?!  The only way to find out is to join Russ at Happy Halloween during October half term in Southport Pleasureland. There will be free shows daily at 1.30pm.
Talking of shows, your little ice princes and princesses will love the Freaky Frozen show which features fabulous characters and great singalong songs as well as a brand new addition who is bound to bring thrills to this fantastically entertaining spectacle…
Mention TRICK OR TREAT STREET here…
The Park is FREE to enter, so you can wander around and soak up the spooky atmosphere, and enjoy the sights and sounds. The award-winning theme park has been haunted by bats, spooky scarecrows, cackling witches and ghostly characters, and has more pumpkins than you can shake a broomstick at!

But it’s more cheery than eerie at the Park which welcomes everyone from tiny tots to those in their twilight years to come and enjoy its FREE Halloween events.

The Park will be open from 11am until 6pm, when families can come and marvel at the Halloween decorations and enjoy the shows.

Don’t miss the Freaky Frozen musical show in the family area during half term week. Or take a wander down Trick or Treat Street!

Plus, you can purchase a specially designed Happy Halloween Fun Card and load it with tokens to use on the many rides, not forgetting the Ghost Train of course!

There are plenty of refreshments on offer, including traditional fish and chips and a great gift shop where you can buy affordable souvenirs.  And during half term, you can enjoy a cup of Witch’s Brew in one of the coffee bars!

Owner Norman Wallis said: “We wish everyone a Happy Halloween this year! Our not-too-scary family themed event will put a sprinkling of magic on your visit to ensure everyone has a great day out, from toddlers to grannies!
